IATF France reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, any content that violates applicable French law\u2014especially data-protection provisions. Personal Data Management<\/strong><br data-start=\"3668\" data-end=\"3671\" \/>In France, personal data are protected by Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended by Law No. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, Article L.226-13 of the Penal Code, and the European Directive of October 24, 1995.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3882\" data-end=\"4072\">When using the site, the following may be collected: the URLs of linked sites through which the user accessed iatf-france.fr, the user\u2019s Internet service provider, and the user\u2019s IP address.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"4074\" data-end=\"4309\">IATF France collects personal information only to the extent necessary for certain services.
